2. The contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation / dispatch email. We may decline an order (e.g. if an item is out of stock or the price was clearly wrong).

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local curreny and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken via Squarespace Payments.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed on our website. Estimated delivery time varies depending on the country. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us by a clear statement (contact@chantressseba.com or use the model cancellation form below). You must return the goods within 14 days of cancelling. We will refund the price plus standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return).

You are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty. You are liable for any reduction in value from handling beyond what is necessary.

Exceptions: Sealed goods unsealed after delivery may not be returnable.

6. Faulty goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If goods are faulty you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
