OUR STORY

Chantress Seba means singer of the stars. “Seba” being star in ancient Kemetic/African.

We are Chantress Seba, Gemini and Finn. The past 14 years of life shared together feels like a journey of devotion. We’ve lived through many stages of life, our own journeys with trauma, hardships, and inner-city beginnings.

Chantress Seba is the blossoming of that journey the flower of who we truly are opening and sharing, from our hearts, the love we feel for all life.

To know that people use this music to support them with PTSD, anxiety, addiction, and depression is so beautiful, because we have both been there, we have both lived through these harsh human experiences. We feel deeply grateful to now be able to hold space for those who need it.

To know that this music is used for birthing children, for supporting loved ones through their passing, and for helping families create peaceful homes… as parents and as a connected family, we know how important these moments are. To support in this way means so much to us.

To know this music is used for healing, for yoga, massage, reiki, for therapy is beautiful. We believe so deeply in the power within all humans to care for and support one another. Thank you for using this music within your own healing practices, to support those who need it.

To know this music is being used for creation… is divine. Creation is everything. Creation is all life around us. We truly believe that when creation comes from an empowered place, from a devoted place, with the will to serve others, from a place of true unconditional love, we can create anything we dream of.
